PRIVACY POLICY

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been the European framework for the processing and circulation of personal data since May 2018. The protection of personal data is also governed by the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. This privacy policy informs you how Onoré processes your personal data in compliance with the GDPR and French data protection law.

Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized personnel based on their responsibilities. Your data is accessible to Onoré employees responsible for platform administration and survey management (Onoré’s marketing departments), as well as to subcontractors contractually bound to the data controller, specifically Native.
Your data will not be shared with our commercial partners unless you have been informed beforehand and have given your explicit consent.

Onoré ensures that only the data strictly necessary for the purposes defined above are collected and processed.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described below.

3. HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA RETAINED?
Data used for identifying users and targeting surveys (email, profile) is retained on the platform until you unsubscribe, at which point it is permanently deleted. However, if your account remains inactive for two years, Onoré will notify you, and if you do not respond within the specified timeframe, your data will be deleted.
Survey responses are retained for three years, after which they are deleted.

These retention periods may be extended or shortened if:

  • You exercise any of your rights as defined below

  • A longer retention period is authorized or required by law or necessary to protect our rights

  • Right of access: you may obtain confirmation whether or not your data is being processed and receive a copy of all personal data held by the data controller.

  • Right to data portability: you may retrieve your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This applies only to data you have actively provided (e.g., via a form or survey) and that is processed automatically.

  • Right to withdraw consent: withdrawing your consent will immediately unsubscribe you from the platform, and all your personal data will be permanently deleted.

  • Right to rectification: you may have your data corrected if it is outdated or inaccurate and request completion of any missing information.

  • Right to erasure: you may request the deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention periods. This applies especially when your data is no longer needed for processing.

  • Right to restriction of processing: you may request the restriction of processing in the following cases:

    • If your data is being used unlawfully

    • If you contest the accuracy of your data

    • If you need your data to establish, exercise or defend your rights
