Managing applications and recruitment
Our human resources department uses the Website to collect applications. CVs are kept for a maximum period of 2 years after the last contact with the applicant. After that period, they will be deleted. The information is made secure and may only be accessed by the persons involved in the recruitment process.

Recruitment form

The personal information communicated in the recruitment form present on the website is meant exclusively for ONORÉ for the unique purpose of answering applications filed using the “Join Us” page.

Moreover, when applying for a job on the Website, you are required to provide certain compulsory information and a CV, using an application form.

These data will be used for managing and studying your application. As managing recruitment is a long process, ONORÉ keeps the files for a period of 2 years as from the last contact with you.

After this period, and if you have not formally indicated your wish to extend it, your application will become null and void and your personal information will be automatically erased from the Website.
